Common questions before buying

Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes. The analysis is based on your platform data and public signals, not geography. We work with any English-language DTC supplement or nutrition brand regardless of location. Pricing is in GBP. Payment is via Stripe.
What data do I need to provide?
For the Growth Snapshot, a 10-field intake form covers everything we need — ad spend, platform, AOV, and your biggest growth challenge. No platform access required. For the Full Diagnostic, we need Shopify order exports, ad platform data, and subscription platform reports for the past 3 to 6 months. We send a data request checklist immediately after payment.
What if my data is messy or incomplete?
Most brands we work with have some gaps in their data. We work with what is available and state our confidence level clearly in the report wherever the data is limited. Incomplete data produces a less precise analysis but a useful one. We will tell you what is missing and what it would unlock if you had it.
How does async delivery actually work?
There are no calls. You send data. We analyse it and deliver a written report in Google Docs alongside a Loom video walkthrough. The Loom walks through every finding on screen so it is as clear as a call without needing to schedule one. Q&A happens over email within the window stated for each offer.
