Terms of Service

What We Do

Margin Intelligence provides async digital growth analytics and audit services for nutrition, supplement, and wellness brands. All services are delivered remotely via written reports, Loom video walkthroughs, and email.

No in-person consulting, real-time calls, or live meetings are included unless we have explicitly agreed to this in writing.

Margin Intelligence is a faceless, brand-led consultancy. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulatory advice. Nothing in any report, email, or communication constitutes professional advice of any kind.

Payment

All payments are due upfront before work begins. We accept payment by card via Stripe. Invoices are issued in GBP.

Margin Intelligence is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged on any service. If this changes, we will update these terms and our checkout accordingly.

For the Full Diagnostic, a 50/50 split is available on request: 50% on booking and 50% on delivery. This must be agreed in writing before payment is made. The standard price is due in full unless this arrangement has been confirmed.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin from the point we receive the required intake data from you, not from the date of payment.

• Growth Snapshot: delivered within 72 hours of receiving your completed intake form.
• Full Diagnostic: delivered within 21 calendar days of receiving all required data.
• Growth Accelerator: weekly strategy memos delivered every Monday during the engagement period.

If your data is incomplete, unclear, or delayed, your delivery timeline will move accordingly. Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or inaccurate data from your side are not our responsibility and do not entitle you to a refund or discount.

We will notify you if we anticipate any delay on our side and agree a revised delivery date with you.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Margin Intelligence does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, ROAS, CAC reduction, LTV improvement, subscriber growth, conversion rate improvement, or any other commercial or business outcome.

All analysis is based on the data you provide and publicly available information. All recommendations reflect our assessment of the available evidence. Results depend entirely on your implementation, your market, your team, and factors outside our control.

We will not make any claim, verbal or written, that implies guaranteed results. If any such claim has been made in error, it does not form part of our agreement with you.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable as a general rule. The following exceptions apply.

Growth Snapshot guarantee: if the Snapshot does not identify at least 3 specific, actionable findings that you were not already aware of, we will apply a credit of £300 toward a Full Diagnostic. This credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded. To claim this, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with a clear explanation of why the findings did not meet this threshold.

Full Diagnostic: non-refundable once analysis has begun. Analysis begins when we confirm receipt of your data. If you wish to cancel before analysis has begun, contact us within 24 hours of data submission and we will consider a partial refund at our discretion.

Growth Accelerator: non-refundable once Month 1 delivery has begun. See the cancellation policy in Section 06.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us will be contested. We keep a record of all deliverables and communications.

Growth Accelerator: Minimum Term and Cancellation

The Growth Accelerator has a minimum commitment of 3 months. By purchasing the Accelerator, you agree to pay for a minimum of 3 monthly billing cycles.

Monthly payments are charged automatically via Stripe on the same date each month. You cannot cancel before the end of Month 3.

After Month 3, you may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to hello@marginreport.co.uk. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Stripe will continue charging your card each month until you cancel and we confirm the cancellation in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid throughout the engagement.

The Accelerator is only available to clients who have completed a Full Diagnostic with Margin Intelligence. We reserve the right to decline to offer this service to any prospect.

Scope of Work

Each service has a defined scope. Work is limited to the deliverables described at the point of purchase.

Additional work outside the agreed scope, including extra SKU analysis, additional acquisition channels, supplementary Loom walkthroughs, extra report sections, or additional revisions, is not included and will be quoted separately.

One revision round is included with the Full Diagnostic. This covers clarifications and corrections to the report content, not a full re-analysis based on new data.

Async Q&A windows are as follows: 5 business days for Growth Snapshot, 30 days for Full Diagnostic. We aim to respond within 48 hours during these windows.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely data. If the data you provide is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, the quality of our analysis will be affected. We accept no liability for analysis based on inaccurate information you have provided.

You are responsible for implementing any recommendations. We provide analysis and strategy. Execution is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must ensure that sharing data with us does not breach any third-party agreements, platform terms of service, or applicable data protection laws. By sharing data with us, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

Confidentiality

We treat all data and information you share with us as confidential. We will not share your commercial data, reports, or business information with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

We may reference the nature of work completed (for example, "we have worked with supplement brands") without identifying you specifically, unless you have given permission to be named as a client.

Margin Intelligence operates as a faceless brand. We do not publicly name clients, share case study data without consent, or use your business information in marketing without your approval.

Intellectual Property

All reports, frameworks, templates, and analysis produced by Margin Intelligence remain our intellectual property. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables for your own business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reports or frameworks without written permission. You may share reports internally within your team and with advisors acting on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Margin Intelligence's total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
